A complete operating system built for freelancers and solopreneurs — one tool to run your entire business, without the 5-app juggling act.
Why it exists
I was freelancing and spending more time managing my business than doing the actual work. I tried every tool — Notion, Trello, HubSpot, Toggl, Wave. Each one did one thing. None of them talked to each other. So I built FreelanceOS.
What's inside
- CRM & Clients — contacts, deal pipeline, full client history
- Tasks & Projects — kanban board, priorities, due dates, drag-and-drop
- Invoices — PDF generation, payment tracking, automated reminders
- Habits & Daily HQ — morning check-in, discipline score, streak tracking
- Focus Timer — Pomodoro sessions with billable time tracking linked to projects
- Content Calendar — plan and schedule posts across platforms
- Notes — folder-based note-taking with rich text
Built in public
FreelanceOS shipped from zero to 100+ active users in 6 weeks. I build it in public — the same standards I apply to every client project: production-grade code, ownership-first architecture, no vendor lock-in.
Why this matters for you
When I say I build sites that work, this is what I mean. I'm not a designer who codes. I'm a builder who ships real products — and builds client sites with the same level of craft.
